While they know we represent a lot of real estate clients at new housing that see the value in our team’s representation, especially when it’s free, they have rules in place.
New Home and New Housing rule:
If a person, prospective buyer, gives up who they are, in anyway – shape or form – by any method – then they give up the right to have their own new home representative. They cannot use their own agent in the process if they interact and give up who they are online or within the new housing offices.
Therefore, if you want me on your side so I can keep my eyes on the new home builder and their representative – don’t sign anything at all or enter your information.
